Mat Classes
Location:

Mondays & Saturdays at 9am
Tuesdays at 5:30pm
Description:
Our mat class, held at Creative Connections Art Gallery, offers 55-minutes of low-impact, floor-based exercises that use your own body weight to build core strength, improve posture, and enhance your overall mobility. Small props like balls, bands, rings or small hand weights may be used. You will leave feeling lengthened and strong!
*All levels are welcome; you must bring your own mat.
Reformer/Tower Classes

Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays at 4pm
Tuesdays at 9:30am
Thursdays at 8:30am, 5:30pm
Description:
The Reformer/Tower class is a 55-minute total-body workout utilizing the Pilates Reformer (or Tower). Resistance and support are provided by springs and straps moving you through a dynamic series of exercises that target the core, improve flexibility and build long lean muscles.
*All levels are welcome but it is encouraged that you take a private lesson, or lessons for basic set up, body positions and exercises.
